Petitioner states that he does not intend to take benefit in the matter of education as a student belonging to Scheduled Tribe category. Petitioner is also stated to have paid regular fees payable to respondent no. 4 - college. In this view of the matter, there shall not be any impediment for the petitioner to secure transfer certificate and other necessary documents from respondent no. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 states on instructions that if petitioner approaches the college within a period of 15 days from today, transfer certificate and all necessary documents would be tendered to him.

In view of the statement made, nothing survives for consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of.
