The petitioners seek directions to consider their representations.

By a private agreement land of the petitioners is acquired. The Registered sale deed has been executed between the parties. According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the recitals of the sale deed are not in consonance with the joint measurement and the other documents.

In that case, the petitioners will have to go for rectification of the sale deed and the rectification of the sale deed can be before the Civil Court. The petitioners may take appropriate remedy as may be permissible in law. If the petitioners approach the respondents / authorities, then the authorities may consider the claim of the petitioners as may per permissible in accordance with law.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
