Perused the impugned order. Heard submissions. 2.

The order we passed on writ petition speaks for itself. The relief that was given to the applicant was as per the prayers made across the bar. We have recorded in paragraph No.4 of the order passed in Writ Petition No.10657 of 2010 that, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that her client would be happy if the outcome of the litigation would protect her client in terms of the orders of the Government in the year 2003 and 2005. In light of that statement, we set asided the order impugned and Original Application was disposed of in terms of the orders of the Government dated 15th July, 2003.
