Learned A.G.P. on instructions states that validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner would be decided within four (4) months. We accept the said statement.

Respondent No.3 though served, none appears for Respondent No.3. The Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall issue the failed mark sheet to the petitioner of the year 2012, however, shall not issue degree certificate to the petitioner unless and until the validity certificate is produced by the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
