The learned counsel for respondents raises a preliminary objection that the civil revision application is not maintainable as the suit itself is dismissed and appeal will lie. 2.

In the light of that, Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel seeks leave to withdraw the civil revision application with liberty to prosecute appropriate remedy.

In view of that, the civil revision application is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.

Interim protection granted by this Court is continued for a

2 CRA 219.14 period of two (2) weeks from today, so as to enable the petitioner to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate forum. Needless to state on lapse of two weeks the protection granted by this Court shall come to an end.
