The petitioners have tendered representations dated 16.12.202 to Respondent No.2 who is Chairman of the Committee, which is constituted to decide the issue raised by the petitioners. The said representation is pending.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with directions to Respondent No.2 to deal with said representation dated 16.02.2023, by following the due procedure laid down in law. If the representation is to be placed before any Committee, chaired by Respondent No.2, the said procedure shall be followed. 3.

We expect the decision on the said representation within 90 days.
