Learned Assistant Solicitor General, on instructions, submits that Special Public Prosecutor Mr. Chavan, representing the CBI, is at present Covid positive. Even though Investigating Officer is the only witness remained to be examined and he is ready to attend the Court on 28th January, 2022, however, due to ill-health of Special Public Prosecutor Mr. Chavan, it would not be possible for the Court to examine the Investigating Officer. The learned A. S. G., however, submits that the next suitable date would be worked out and every cooperation would be rendered to

We expect and hope that the learned Judge of the trial Court would decide the case expeditiously after examination of the Investigating Officer.
