The petitioner is seeking multifarious reliefs in the present writ petition. One of the prayers made by the petitioner is rejection of the nomination paper of respondent no.1. It is submitted that the last date for withdrawal of nomination is 7th October 2019. List of valid contesting candidates is published. The steps for allotment of symbols are also over. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by Returning Officer with regard to nomination paper, the petitioner has alternate remedy open.

This Court cannot entertain the petition with regard to the cancellation of the validity certificate on the ground that the same is forged document. It would not be appropriate to entertain the petition under the writ jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution. The petitioner may take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
