Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

He would submit that the petitioner has submitted the voluntary retirement application. However, within 90 days, he decided to withdraw the said application. However, his application for withdrawal of the voluntary retirement application was not accepted. The Management has relieved the petitioner. The contention of the petitioner seems that the request of the petitioner for voluntary retirement has been accepted. He has been relieved. Considering the submissions, it appears that it is otherwise termination. Against the
