Present petition has been filed for issuing directions to respondent No.4 to decide the proposal dated 15.05.2025. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. No necessity to issue notice to respondent Nos.5 and 6. Upon instructions from respondent No.4, learned AGP makes a statement that said proposal would be decided within a period of six weeks from today. We take it as undertaking and dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.4 to decide the said proposal within a period of six weeks from today.
