Heard the learned advocates for both the sides. Criminal Application No. 823 of 2024 is filed for condonation of delay of 10 days caused for filing the revision application. For the reasons stated in the criminal application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Delay is condoned. Ms. Talekar, learned counsel seeks leave to convert the criminal writ petition into criminal revision application. Leave granted.

935 APPLN.823.2024 n REVN.odt Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is directed to pay 50% amount of arrears, which is reasonable amount, within four weeks. The applicant shall continue to deposit 50% of the amount of maintenance with the Trial Court regularly on or before 10th day of each month. Subject to depositing that amount, there shall be stay to the interim order of maintenance. Subject to above conditions, the trial is expedited. The Trial Court shall decide Petition No. E-221 of 2021, as early as possible, in any case before 30th April, 2024.
