This application is moved for bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased Bhaidas Jairam Patil. The legal representatives are shown in paragraph No. 5. The legal representatives are also the applicants. Bhaidas Patil died on 01.02.2016.

Learned Advocate for the appellant has vehemently opposed the application stating that it should have been pointed out in the Reference Court itself.

Be that as it may, it is necessary to bring the legal representatives of the deceased Bhaidas Patil on record in the appeal, as they are entitled to receive the compensation. 4.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application stands allowed and disposed off. The delay stands condoned.

Appellant to carry out suitable amendment in the appeal and the application within four weeks from today. 6.
