Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel for respondent No.2 and learned AGP for State.

We direct the respondent No.2 - Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from today. Till the caste claim of the petitioner is decided, no adverse action should be taken against the petitioner on the ground of non submission of tribe validity certificate. However, we direct the petitioner to

11445.14wp cooperate with the committee for early disposal of the tribe claim. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will appear before the committee on 8th April, 2015.

Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
