DATE : 21st July, 2022 P.C. :- This petition can be disposed of on a short count as similar petitions being Writ Petition Nos.12946/2021, 12944/2021 and 12945/2021 have been decided by this Court by common order dated 14.07.2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal of the petition on similar lines.

The approval sought for the appointment of the petitioner has been turned down by the respondent-Education Officer by the commuication / order dated 14.10.2021 on the ground that the respondent-management has failed to comply with the deficiencies as pointed out in the impugned

( 2 ) 903 wp 14110.21 communication / order. The said communication points out in all eleven deficiencies. It also indicates that the proposal shall be processed only after the compliance is made with the various deficiencies. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent-,anagement states that the management shall comply with the deficiencies/requirements and / or shall submit fresh proposal within a period of three weeks from today. In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is partly allowed. The impugned order is hereby set aside permitting the respondent-management to comply with the deficiencies and / or to send fresh proposal for approval to the respondentEducation Officer. If the deficiencies are removed and / or if fresh proposal is received the Education Officer shall process and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.
