Learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer to prayer clause (C), which reads as under:- (C) To direct respondent no.3 to decide the application of the petitioner dt.10.10.2024 and application dated 07.10.2024 as early as possible and preferably within one month and for that purpose issue necessary writs and orders.

We have gone through the papers on record. Without going into the merits of the matter, we direct the concerned respondents to decide the applications of the petitioner dated 07.10.2024 and 10.10.2024, if filed, on their own merits, within a reasonable time.
