ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. There is no requirement of making amendment as per the office note, since the Acquiring Body is already made party and learned Counsel Mr. Rajale is also appearing on it's behalf.

The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 2643 days in all these applications, which appears to be caused due to their poor financial condition. The learned A.G.P. as well as learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is also circulation delay.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the applications are allowed and the delay of 2643 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the said delay period and also for the delay in circulating the matters belatedly. 4.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
