Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

In the present civil application for condonation of delay, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he would not claim any interest for for the delayed period. He further submits that the applicant is a poor agriculturist and his land is compulsorily acquired.

In view of the submissions made, the delay is condoned. The application for condonation
