The amount in deposit be paid to the parties concerned in terms of the compromise along with interest accrued thereon. 4.

Respondent no.3 - original claimant no.3 got married, pending the application before the learned Commissioner. Her changed name, however, is not appearing in the court record. The amount payable to her, therefore, be paid in the name mentioned in the memo of compromise.
