These application are filed for restoration of the writ petitions. 2.

The registration of the writ petitions was refused by way of conditional order dated 29th April 2024, passed by the learned I/c. Registrar (Judicial) of this Court as the office objections were not removed within time.

The petitioner could not remove the office objections within stipulated period and it is for this reason, the registration was refused. Now, he is ready to remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today.

Considering the above, Writ Petitions stand restored to file, subject to the petitioner complying with the office objections within a period of four weeks from today.

In the event of non-compliance of the office objections within the said period of four weeks, this order shall stand recalled and writ

( 3 ) petitions dismissed without further reference to the Court. 6.

Applications stand disposed off.

CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR DELAY 1.

This application is for condonation of delay of 147 days caused in filing application for restoration.
