Heard respective Counsel for the parties. They are in agreement that the present first appeal, which is arising out of the award delivered by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule in M.A.C.P. No.700/2008 on 16th June 2011 can be disposed of in terms of the contents recorded by the Mediator in the report dated 7th May 2015.
