Application No. 55 of 2010 for condonation of delay for filing of application for restoration of suit was allowed on 07.09.2016. The said order was impugned in this Civil Revision Application. Thereafter Civil Misc. Application No. 19 of 2016 was filed for restoration of suit. It was dismissed for default on 08.11.2022.
