The auction of the sand spot to be held in 2013 is assailed. This court vide interim order had restrained the Respondents from issuing allottment letter. The said auction has become stale. 2.

In light of the above, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order.

In case, the Respondents conduct fresh auction in respect of the said sand site the aggrieved party is at liberty to take up such proceedings as may be permissible in law.
