The prayer for transfer of the proceedings being P.A. No. 614 of 2015 pending on the file of Family Court, Pune to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shrigonda, District Ahmednagar, in my opinion, does not call for any consideration,

233.16mca (2) particularly when non applicant - husband has agreed to deposit amount of Rs.10,000/- with the Family Court, Pune within two weeks from today, out of which, amount of Rs.5000/- be paid to the applicant towards travelling and out of pocket expenses on each date when she attends the proceedings. Present non applicant further undertakes to continue to deposit Rs.5000/- thereafter on each date so that there shall be minimum balance of Rs.5000/- after payment of expenses to the applicant.

The above referred statement is accepted as an undertaking.
