We have heard Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioners.

The learned counsel states that in paragraph 8 of the order dated 01.08.2012 in Writ Petition No.9182/2011 the parties are incorrectly stated. The petitioner may move the Court for clarification/ correction in the order dated 01.08.2012 in Writ Petition No.9182/2011.

In view of that, the present contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.

The petitioner may take such further steps subsequently.
