1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGP for the respondent No.2. Perused the application. This is an application for taking LRs of deceased respondent No.1 on record. 2] Admittedly, the Acquiring Body has filed the present first appeal against the impugned judgment and award dated 20.1.2012 passed by the reference court awarding enhanced amount of compensation to the respondent claimants. During the pendency of appeal the respondent No.1 passed away. The applicant is the widow of deceased respondent No.1 and they are intending to appear in the proceeding LR of respondent No.1. 3] Considering the nature of the proceeding, I do not find any impediment to allow the application. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) & (C).

{2} 933 sr.no..odt The applicant is permitted to be brought on record as respondent No.1. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of three weeks. 4] The application is disposed of accordingly.
