Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed application for issuance of tribe certificate of Mannervarlu - Scheduled Tribe with respondent No.2 on 30.03.2017. The same is pending and is not yet decided. He further submits that father of the petitioner has been issued with validity certificate of Mannervarlu - Scheduled Tribe.

Respondent - S.D.O. shall decide the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of Tribe Certificate expeditiously, preferably within two months from today.
