The learned counsel for petitioners submits that only on the ground that petitioners had applied after the cut off date, the claim of the petitioner is rejected. Whereas, those who had applied after the cut off date, their proposals are considered for transfer.

The petitioners are challenging the order dated 17.04.2018, whereby the grievance of petitioners for inter district transfer for the year 2016-2017 is negatived.

The petitioners now may apply for the transfer in accordance with the prevailing policy

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
