It is submitted that the proposal has been forwarded by the Head master to the Education Officer for appointment of the petitioner as Arts/Drawing Shikshan Sevak. The Education Officer had raised some queries. The Head Master has complied with the same, however, no decision has been taken by the Education Officer.

Mr. Pawar, learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that the said proposal would be decided on its own merits. In the light of above, we pass the following order:-

Respondent No.4 shall decide the proposal submitted by the Head Master seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Arts/Drawing Shikshan Sevak, expeditiously on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within three months from today.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
