Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

Perused the order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad dated 12.09.2017. The Assistant Charity Commissioner has issued directions to initiate proceeding under section 50A(1) of Maharashtra Public Trust Act.

The Assistant Charity Commissioner, while dealing with the proceeding would take appropriate care and would issue necessary directions for protection of property of the trust. It does appear that the affairs of the trust are being looked after by another trust and, considering this fact, the Assistant Charity Commissioner has already issued directions while disposing of the application. In
