By the present application, the applicant seeks issuance of fresh notice to the respondent on the address mentioned in the title clause.

Statement is made by the learned Advocate for the applicant, that though respondent's notice has been returned unserved on the ground that she is not residing on the given address, but according to the appellant, she is residing at the same place itself.

Under such circumstance, issue fresh notice

(Order) (2) C.A. No. 13829 of 2018 to the respondent, of the first appeal, on the address mentioned in the title clause of the civil application, returnable on 04th July 2019.

Civil Application is disposed of in the above terms.
