Learned counsel appearing for respondents submits that, respondents have no objection if the amount is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant subject to furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the applicant is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rs. One lac fifty thousand) on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial. Civil application accordingly disposed of. 5.

So far as remaining amount of Rs.50,000/- is concerned, counsel appearing for the applicant has no objection if the same is deposited within a period of four weeks from today.
