Mr.Suryawanshi, learned counsel submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner and payment of salary is pending with the Education Officer from December 2016. It is not yet decided.

Learned Government Pleader accepts notice for Respondents Nos.1 to 3 and submits

2 W.P.No.14551/17 that in case the proposal is pending, the authority will decide it in accordance with law. 3.

In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner and payment of salary (Exh.L) is pending with Respondent No.3 then Respondent No.3 shall decide it in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
