Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Issue notice to respondents. Learned A. G. P. waives notice for all respondents.

The petitioner is seeking direction to permit it to recruit the staff. The petitioner has been granted permission to start VJNT Ashram School. The petitioner has a strength of students. However there is no adequate staff. The petitioner made representations on 05.09.2023 as well as on 30.04.2024 seeking permission to initiate process of recruitment. There is no response from the respondents. The representations/proposals of

2 wp 12540.24 the petitioner are pending with the respondent No. 1. This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to the respondent No. 1 or the concerned authority to consider the claim of the petitioner.

The respondent No. 1 shall consider the representations/proposals of the petitioner submitted on 05.09.2023 and 30.04.2024 and decide the same on its merit, as early as possible. In addition to that the respondent No. 1 as well as the respondent No. 5 shall be at liberty to call upon the petitioner to furnish the details, if required. The petitioner shall respond them and submit necessary details. The writ petition is disposed of in above terms.
