The petitioners approached this Court seeking directions to quash and set aside the online order rejecting pay bill of the petitioners by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad by its online Shalarth Pranali dated 29.09.2025. The petitioners further seek directions to respondent Nos.3 and 5 to sanction the payment for the month of September, 2025 and pay the petitioners their salary and also directions to accept the online regular monthly salary bills of petitioners every month and make the payments regularly.
984_WP_14251_2025 Learned AGP appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 in the Morning Session was directed to take instructions and upon taking instructions, he submits the communication dated 18.12.2025, which is taken on record by marking Exh. 'X'. By the said communication Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahilyanagar stated that as per the registration on the Saral Portal it requires mapping of the institution and the school and for that purpose the documents have been called for from the petitioner, who is also the Headmaster of the School. However, the documents have not been submitted and, therefore, the Education Officer has contacted the petitioner and has asked him to submit all the documents by 22.12.2025, which are essential for the purpose of registration.
He has further stated that once the documents are submitted and the online proposal is received, the same will be processed within a period of six weeks thereafter. Learned Advocate for petitioners states that as mentioned in the communication dated 18.12.2025 the necessary documents will be submitted on 22.12.2025. Hence, we direct the petitioners to submit the documents as mentioned above and thereafter respondent No.3 to decide the proposal within a period of six weeks from 22.12.2025.
