The learned Advocate for the applicants/appellants submits that in spite of efforts made, respondent No.1 could not be served. The address of respondent No.1 as mentioned in the cause title is the last known address. Despite efforts made, applicants/appellants could not find out present address of respondent No.1. Therefore, they filed the present applications in which prayer clause "A" runs as under :- "A) The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to permit the applicants to serve the respondent No.1 through paper publication in 'Daily Punyanagari".
