1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.20/2015, registered at Ramanandnagar Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 409, 120-B, 34 of IPC & under Section 3 of MPID Act.

3] This court by order dated 16.12.2024 granted interim protection to the applicant considering the submissions made at para 3, as under:

"3] The offence in the instant case is registered in the year 2015. The applicant is a respectable

lady in the society. Prima faice, it cannot be said that she is absconding and, since, the prosecution has not taken any steps to arrest the applicant from about last 9 years, the applicant deserves to be granted anticipatory bail."

4] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the investigation is completed in the matter and the charge-sheet is filed. The said fact is not disputed by the learned APP.

5] The learned APP submits that in the event this court decides to consider granting the anticipatory bail application then one of the condition that may be imposed is that in the event the applicant leaves the country she has to take permission of the trial court.

6] In view of the above, the interim protection granted by order dated 16.12.2024 stands confirmed, on the following terms:

i] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when required by the Investigating Officer. ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. She shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

iii] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

iv] The applicant shall not leave the country without prior intimation to the trial court of the itinerary of travel.

7] In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

8] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

9] The application stands disposed of.
