1] This matter is moved for speaking to minutes in respect of the order dated 13.12.2024.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the order dated 13.12.2024 in stead of 'applicant', it should be 'applicants' and also the cause title of the order be corrected. The learned counsel for the applicants further submits that instead of earlier clause b] of the para no.5 of the order dated 13.12.2024, the following clause b] be added :

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 1956.24BA b] The applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Kandhar Police Station, during pendency of the trial, except the dates when the matter is listed for hearing before the trial Court and day prior that.

3] In view of the above, the order dated 13.12.2024 be corrected and corrected order be uploaded. Motion is disposed of accordingly.
