Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that Education Officer is not accepting the application only on the ground that the petitioner has left the School. According to the learned counsel, the

2 W.P.No.12508/17 caste in one of the School record of the petitioner is wrongly recorded as "Wanjari", however, in all other record the caste is consistently shown as "Yallam".

We have perused the record. The petitioner may route the application through proper channel to the Education Officer. The Education Officer shall not reject the application only on the ground that petitioner had left the School. The Education Officer shall consider all other relevant aspect of the matter and decide the application expeditiously.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
