Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, and the learned APP for the respondent Nos. 1 and 3 and Mr. S.B. Yawalkar, learned advocate for respondent No. 2.

The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 260/2024 dated 8.8.2024 registered with Kandhar Police Station, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under sections 74, 115(2), 324(4), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and section 12 of the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that for the temporary period, the applicant was not in full control of the Instagram account and now the applicant has changed the password of the Instagram account and the applicant would be responsible for the messages send from Instagram account.

This Court vide order dated 14.12.2024 has granted interim protection to the applicant. The said order was corrected vide order dated 16.12.2024. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the

ABA 1840/24 applicant had attended the concerned police station as directed by this Court.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted by this Court by order dated 14.12.2024 and further corrected the above order by order dated 16.12.2024 is confirmed on the following terms :

i] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.

ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence or contact the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 7.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
