Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. Perused the impugned Judgment and the grounds of objections raised in exception to the said Judgment. After having considered above, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw a lump-sum amount of Rs.2,00,000/- from the deposited amount. (ii) The balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal.

(iii) Civil Application stands disposed of.
