The Petitioner has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "B) That by issuing appropriate writ or order, to the respondent number 3 and 4 may kindly directed to look into matters thoroughly and decide matter on the basis of it's merit and deliver justice to the petitioner." 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the grievance of the Petitioner would be considered by the Sub Divisional Committee which is constituted by the Divisional Commissioner, vide

12864.23wp (2) Circular dated 13/02/2015, for the purposes of looking into the grievance pertaining to revenue entries.

We have perused the representations of the Petitioner dated 18/01/2023 and 25/09/2023, addressed to the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Udgir. The same are not happily worded. We direct the Petitioner to tender a proper application to the Sub Divisional Committee, within 21 days from today, and if it is so filed, the said Competent Committee would deal with the said application within 60 days, thereafter.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
