PER COURT :- The grievance of the petitioner is that though the order is passed by the superior authority, directing correction of the name, the same is not implemented.

The learned AGP submits that for redressal of such grievances, a committee is appointed vide circular dated 13.2.2015. The petitioner may approach this committee.

If the petitioner approaches the committee, the committee shall consider the grievances of the petitioner within three months. Writ petition is disposed off. No costs.
