The applicant prays for recalling the order of this Court dated 19/09/2017 by which the writ petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections at a pre-notice stage.

Heard the learned AGP.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed on the condition that the petitioner shall remove all office objections in the writ petition on or before 28/02/2018, pursuant to which the writ petition shall be listed and the order of this Court shall be recalled.
