Mr. Shinde, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, respondent Nos. 6 and 7 are not employees of the petitioner No. 1. They were never appointed by the petitioner No. 1. Pressure is exerted to grant approval to their appointments and include their names in Shalarth Pranali.

The petitioners have already filed their objection with the Deputy Director of Education. Naturally, the Deputy Director of Education shall consider the objection on merits. Of course, after hearing all the parties concerned. The decision shall not be influenced by any letters of political persons and decision shall be taken on its own merits considering facts and situation of the case.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
