By the present civil application, the restoration of Writ Petition Stamp No.29876/2019 is sought for, which came to be dismissed on account of non removal of office objections.

Heard learned Advocate Mr.Jahagirdar for the applicant and perused the proceeding. On 15/02/2021, a conditional order was passed to remove the office objections and on failure to do so, the writ petition was directed to be dismissed without reference to the Court. Since objections could not be removed within the period stipulated, the writ petition was dismissed.

The application came to be moved at the belated stage upon gaining knowledge that the writ petition has been dismissed. The reasons cited in the application in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 persuade me to allow the application in terms of prayer clause "B". This, however, shall come with a costs of Rs.3,000/-, to be deposited by the learned Advocate for the applicant with the Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad, within a period of one week. Upon the receipt being produced to that effect, the Registrar (Judicial) shall restore the Writ Petition Stamp No.29876/2019 within two weeks. The petitioner shall remove the office objections.
