The petitioner who was serving as an Executive Engineer in the respondent no. 4 is aggrieved by the fact that his gratuity has been withheld though he stood superannuated in 2017. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner for the time being would be satisfied if the respondent no. 2 considers petitioner's representation dated 28-06-2021 (Exhibit - G). 4.

Without expressing anything on merits, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no. 2 to consider and decide
