On 11/11/2019, I made it clear to the petitioner as well as respondent No.5 that the dispute as regards the date of birth of the petitioner would be investigated, and if it is noticed that either the petitioner or respondent No.5 has played a fraud on the system as well as the Courts, costs of Rs.5,00,000/- would be imposed and a direction to register an FIR against the errant litigant would be passed.
