I have perused the order dated 29.09.2021 passed by the President, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai. By order dated 17.01.2020 in Writ Petition No. 3112 of 2019, this Court has disposed of the Writ Petition with direction to the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad to dispose of the pending revision no. 64-B of 2017 within two months from the date of the order. The order is clear. There is no confusion. It is for the President, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai to dispose of the said revision as mentioned in the order. There is no need to give specific direction as to who should conduct hearing, whether the Member (Administrative), the Member (Judicial) or the President. 2.
