This Civil Application is preferred by the applicants to bring on record legal heirs of appellant no.1 Digambar Baba Waikar who expired on 10.10.2021. In support of averments in the application, death certificate of appellant no.1 is filed on record. It is evident from the death certificate that appellant no.1 expired on 10.10.2021. The Civil Application is filed on 09.12.2021. It is within limitation.
