The earlier proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is returned back on the technical grounds on 07.03.2019.

Fresh proposal is submitted on 3rd April, 2019. The Assistant Commissioner, Social Welfare/ Respondent No.4 shall take decision on the said proposal (page 29) on its own merits instead of returning it back.

Petitioner claims to be appointed from reserved category. All the facts would be considered by the respondent No.4 while deciding the proposal on its own merits.

The decision shall be taken expeditiously, preferably within six months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
